At Absolutely Fit Studio we think that it is important to provide you with an idea of who we are and what we believe to be our “performance coaching philosophy” All Coaches at Absolutely Fit are full-qualified level 3 Personal Trainers with actual hands on experience in getting results not just talking about them.

Make the time to train with us at least 2 times a week. We are willing to work at any time of the day or night, within reason. There are always legitimate reasons not to exercise but we will not accept that you cannot find the time for a Personal Training/Coaching Session that is a tiny amount of time in the grand scheme of your life.

Accept that you must follow at least 95.5% of what we ask you to do, from exercise to food intake must be EXACTLY as we tell you. The other 4.5% we leave to your conscience.

Give 100% effort throughout the programme and maintain a positive approach at all times. Burning fat isn’t a walk in the park, but if you embrace it wholeheartedly you will have an enjoyable, energising, and wholly rewarding experience.
